We are happy to place classified ads from owners and residents on the Hyde Park Web site. As this is a new venture for the Association, we have a minimum number of rules for accepting ads. We will accept ads dealing with the sale of household items, help wanted requests, offers to exchange services with other residents, and other things dealing with living at Hyde Park. We will not accept ads for services for hire. Anyone wishing to advertise his or her business can do so by taking out an ad in the Hype Park Newsletter. (See the page Ads in Hyde Park Newsletter). Ads are limited to 75 words. Submissions are subject to review before posting. Ads not deemed appropriate will not be posted. Owners wishing to advertise units available for rental may submit an ad for posting on this site. To submit an ad, go to Submit a Classifed Ad and follow the instructions listed there. 

We will also accept ads from agents for the purchase or sale of units at Hyde Park for a fee of $25 for posting for three months. Owners at Hyde Park selling their units on their own may place an ad at no cost. To submit an ad, go to Submit a Classifed Ad and follow the instructions listed there. 

Ads may not exceed 75 words.

Posting an ad on the Hyde Park Web site does not represent endorsement of any kind by the Association or anyone working for or volunteering services to the Association. Persons who place ads are soley responsible for any actions resulting from the ads. Ads will be removed 30 days after posting.
